I travel 24 hours once every couple years just to go back and eat their.

Whole family loves their chicken wings and fried rice.

I was picking up food for my baby; they did not get the order right but the food is excellent according to my son. Their chicken-chow-mein is served with rice; Panda Express serve their chow mein with noodles.

"You need both hands" I was told when handed my order, that was no joke! The prices are not an indication of the quantity or quality of the food at this out of the way place! While the name is somewhat misleading, the chicken choices are wings only, Chicken Shack is absolutely worth driving out to, especially when compared to the usual chain restaurants in the area.

The food is good. The only complaint that I have is the rice. I don't care for rice, and almost every meal you order, the box is over half full of fried rice. (Turkey/Ham.. Yuck, unless you upgrade)

Been there twice now after driving by on the way to and from work. Ordered Sesame chicken and Shrimp broccoli once each time. Great quality and portions are enormous. Love it. Good price too recommend

Food was very good. Price was very good. People were friendly. Not much of an "eat-in" environment, but good enough. After all, it is a Chicken "Shack!"

Nasty food. Fried rice has no flavor. Restaurant seem to be mostly take out. Has portable window air conditioner that were not on. Very hot inside. Chicken fried very hard. Did not serve basic water in styrofoam cups. Poor customer service.Not for me. My first and last time there.

This place is Dalzell's best kept secret; For years I been a customer and their food is just the best. the wings are perfectly cooked and sauced, their rice is fresh and full of flavor and my favorite item to order is the Yaki Mandu. it's like gyoza but fried with rice wine and soy sauce dip.. a order can never survive the ride home! prices are perfect and the taste is comparable if not better than China Wing my second favorite Chinese and Wing place.

Love Chicken Shack. I still say after all my years of living. From Chicken Shack burning down and reopening. They still have hands down have the best fried rice out of Sumter, Kershaw, and Columbia.

Wings are just like I remembered from years ago (still good) teriyaki ones are the best. The house fried rice lacked in flavor.

I was stationed at Shaw in the early 2000’s . Best Teriyaki wings and house fried rice I’ve had in my life and I’ve eaten in over a dozen different countries. Best hidden secret in Sumter. No need for fancy tablecloths etc. I hope the little old lady teaches someone her recipes.

Not gonna lie... I was stationed at Shaw back in 2012 and have been all over world. I have been hunting Chinese food as good as this place. Currently eating some now but everytime I do. I long for chicken shack.....

We have never had a issue with our food from there ,it has always been hit and fresh .I went Friday and git our food .we had ordered sesame chicken ,well I get home and started to eat and it was pork .ibate it because I didn't have away back over there .and it was not their best .

DISAPPOINTED Used to be my fav place, but this last time the food was barely edible. Got sweet and sour chicken and general tsos the chicken was so stringy it couldn't be chewed, the tsos had little to no sauce. I threw out 20 bucks worth of food. Maybe they had an off night but i wasted money on a stringy stomachache.
